wide selection helpful person central location
the breakfast selection was wide (i especially liked the pastries). ms. tohfa at the front desk was particularly helpful and polite. i appreciated the central location. it made getting around quite easy for all my planned activities.
i noticed the room walls seemed somewhat thin, so noise from neighboring rooms was audible.

the hotel has proximity to a metro station. it is also near key attractions. these include the museum of the future, burj khalifa and the dubai mall.

the room service menu listed allergen symbols. there is a sports bar on site. i found this offered a good meal ( i appreciated it). the cosmic kitchen has a buffet breakfast with varied options.

fresh fruit available staff great pool
The breakfast was very good. it included fruits, bakery items and live egg cooking.. israfil, an intern, was amazing. He was always available and showed extreme care. the gym had equipment in good condition, and the swimming pool was great.
the operation and maintenance need some work. there was no proper entrance drop off for group guests and luggage. it wasn't properly sheltered or connected.

excellent hotel stay
quick service easy access helpful staff
i enjoyed my time here the hotel provided everything i needed for a comfortable stay the staff members were very helpful and friendly i especially appreciated the quick service i received whenever i needed something the location was great with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation i would definitely choose this hotel again for future trips.
the bathroom layout felt slightly cramped it could benefit from a more efficient design to maximize space.

the hotel is located conveniently close to a metro station offering easy access to transportation around the city it allowed quick and efficient travel to various attractions and business districts. i found the accessibility a significant advantage for exploring.

i found the breakfast options quite extensive and varied it catered to different tastes and dietary needs the staff in the dining area were attentive providing prompt and helpful service i especially enjoyed the fresh fruit selection.

my room was well maintained and clean i had a superior king room and it had a city view it had comfortable bedding i also appreciated the modern amenities including a large tv and reliable wifi.

the staff were professional and helpful they addressed my requests efficiently and with a positive attitude i found the reception staff particularly friendly they were available to solve any issue quickly.
